iVillage and Makeover Solutions Enter Into Multifaceted Strategic Relationship

a leading provider of virtual try on technology, today announced a strategic relationship that will allow the Makeover-O-Matic virtual
makeover tool to be featured on iVillage.com through October 2009. The agreement also establishes the iVillage Sales team as the
exclusive sales agent for MakeoverSolutions.com through December 2008. Previously, MakeoverSolutions.com was part of the Glam Publishing Network.
